Document Management
Priority is a leader in delivering a web enabled,
fully integrated Documents Management facility.
Documents may be stored in Priority following their
logical context and inheriting Priority's security
rules. Additionally, Priority's library allows you to
manage documents that are of a general nature.
Documents are loaded or viewed through the same secure
mode (https) that governs all the data transfers
between the server and its clients.
When used in conjunction with our hosting services,
this facility ensures that corporate documents are
stored securely, and yet made easily accessible to
anyone with appropriate permissions. This eliminates
the confusion and risk of private individual user
libraries and minimizes loss of corporate data
associated with employee turn-over.

Data Migration Module
The new Data Migration module provides a user-friendly
mechanism for loading/interfacing data from external
programs into Priority. Some of the outstanding
features:
- Easy-to-use screens to define the structure of the imported files.
- Data is loaded into interim tables without data checks.
- Special programs check the imported data in the tables; data can be revised manually in the tables.
- Additional programs for automatic data revisions.

Priority on Outlook Office Synchronization
Synchronize Priority calendar, tasks, and to-do-list
with your MSOutlook application and work online or
offline.
In reverse, synchronize your MSOutlook mails,
contacts, calendar with Priority. You flag the
entities that you want to share and Priority will sync
the entities and associated attachments to the
appropriate destination. Use Outlook interface
to open Leads, Opportunities, Customers, Contacts and
Tasks. Your Outlook calendar will become part of
Priority's Shared Calendar.
Display a wide selection of Executive Dashboards in
the MSOutlook interface, slicing and dicing via key
business parameters with full drilldown capabilities.
Navigate to the desired functionality via the
MSOutlook menu system.

User level BPM + Business Rules + "Automatic" Data Entry
The corporate world is constantly changing. Priority's robust BPM
and other accompanying utilities are designed to manage business
changes. With Priority you can accommodate adjustments to legal
requirements, business processes and regulation changes, thereby
achieving an integrated business strategy that is flexible when you
need it to be.
Define the complete work process for any given document based on
user defined rules and guidelines for the maintenance of document
statuses. Apply a variety of actions to be put in motion when
changes are made to a document’s status such as sending an automatic
notification message (via e-mail or SMS), reassignment to a
different user and/or activation of a warning or error message. You
can create infinite variations of each business rule to suit any
combination of possible conditions. All
changes made in any of Priority's BPM flow charts can be viewed in
the BPM –
Track Changes log, where they can be retrieved by a variety of

Business Rules Generator, "Automatic" Data Entry
These utilities allow you to apply user-defined business rules and
automatic data "fill" within a specific form, triggered by changes
in the status or data of each record. Use it to send automatic
messages, display warnings, and impose restrictions wherever needed.
