Priority Pricing

Priority offers a number of pricing plans, each with its own list of base modules (included in the base price) and available extensions. Customers can choose between a "Per-User/Per-Month" plan that includes customer support charges, and a one-time license fee with additional Annual Usage License Charge (AULC) covering support and maintenance fees.
"Per-User/Per-Month" plan provides an expanded list of modules (more than in the one-time fee plan), offering an important advantage: Customers can start out small, using a few of the modules, and expand to use additional modules without paying more. From the very start they have access to the full power of the application, as all modules are fully integrated.
Additionally, customers can use our hosting services, or SaaS (when "Per-User/Per-Month" is combined with a monthly hosting fee), and have Eshbel handle all the backend hardware and software aspects of running an ERP product. This frees up customers to focus on their own business while they access their live system from anywhere in the world, at any time. Backups, maintenance and security are now all part of the package and services we provide.

$30 a month per user. Includes up to 1G of storage for the first 25 users and an additional 40M of storage for each additional user.
Additional storage may be purchased for $300/year per 100M

Total Cost of Ownership

User level customization - Priority enables users without any programming skills to modify and build entities:

Generate new reports including complex expressions
Customize Print Layouts
Customize Forms (screens), and Menus (the UI - User Interface)
Specify and build Business Processes and Automatic Data Fills
Set rules for record coloration (e.g. color all order line items whose profit margins are below 10% in red)
Build Excel and Word templates that can be populated directly from Priority's screens and reports
Automatic Synchronization with Outlook of mail messages, attachments and calendar appointment/events

Data conversion - Priority includes user level utilities to migrate data from your old system(s). Without such tools, this could become very costly and result in hard to predict expenditures.
Training - rapid, cost effective implementation requires documented best practices targeting your industry, coupled with effective training methodology. At Eshbel we provide you with Best Practice Documents to match your most common business processes, and together with our partners, offer many options for training.
Upgrade path - preserving operational integrity of programmed customizations through service packs and new version upgrades is a killer. Given their experience with penalties incurred, most of which upon installing an upgrade, many seasoned executives argue that private customizations of many ERP products should be avoided at all costs. Yet the cost of avoiding private customizations is almost as steep, as traditional and well tested business processes of the business may have to be discarded or compromised without them. Priority's SDK provides software developers all the tools necessary to build customizations that will maintain their operational integrity through version upgrades. These tools can also be used to build "roll-out" shell files for multiple installations.
Integration with other software products - The "Best of Breed" approach has been the staple of many experts for years. This approach often carries a steep price as integration is a relative term, often partial at best, with hidden costs, high probability of failure and with the ultimate snag in "passing the buck" in terms of responsibility (especially when there are two vendors or more involved). Things can get even more complicated when one of the products involved is upgraded to a newer version, and the existing interface becomes obsolete.
